What phase is your relationship in?

Any Phase of a relationship can be difficult and confusing whether it’s the bright exciting
beginning or the bitter end.
All phases can and will bring anxiety and stresses that can
really make things worse only adding more to your plate, causing confusion, distance,
loneliness, heartache and fear.



In relationships, women (and men) tend to sacrifice a lot of themselves. They
